Every life in Bali generates a steady drip of small, annoying tasks that eat your mornings: the SIM card that needs in-person registration, the parcel stuck at customs wanting a form nobody can find, the bank queue, the birthday gift you forgot, the prescription refill across town. Individually trivial; together they are why you came to Bali and somehow still have no time. Our errand team — local staff on scooters, coordinated through your chat — exists to absorb exactly this drip. The unofficial motto is: if it is legal and it fits on a scooter (or in a car we can send), we will handle it.
What We Handle
Admin & Paperwork
SIM registration, banjar paperwork, police reports, document copies and legalisation, queueing at offices on your behalf wherever a proxy is allowed.
Shopping & Deliveries
Grocery runs to your spec ('the good avocados, not the hard ones'), pharmacy pickups, gift sourcing and wrapping, furniture hunting in Denpasar workshops.
Parcels & Customs
Tracking parcels through Indonesian customs, paying import duties, collecting from depots and delivering to your villa — including the dreaded 'your package needs a tax form' cases.
Household Coordination
Finding and scheduling cleaners, pool techs, gardeners and handymen, letting them in, checking the work and sending you photos — useful when you travel and the villa does not.
Small Tasks, Done Properly
The test of an errand service is not the easy run — it is the task with a snag. The pharmacy is out of your medication: do we come back empty-handed or check three other pharmacies and message you a photo of the alternative brand with the pharmacist's note? The customs office wants a form that does not apply to you: do we give up or politely escalate in Indonesian until the parcel moves? Our staff are trained to solve the snag, document everything, and never make a judgement call with your money without asking first.
One-off errands start at IDR 150,000 plus any purchases (receipts always included). But this service genuinely shines on a subscription: Nomad plan members get errands included and stop thinking in tasks at all — the chat just absorbs whatever comes up, from a dinner booking to a visa document run to 'can someone water my plants while I'm in Lombok'. (Yes. Someone can.) See also how errands combine with a villa move-in setup when you first arrive.
