Two ways to use us: pay per task at the fixed prices below, or subscribe and stop counting tasks. Every price is all-inclusive and confirmed in writing before we start — purchases and official fees are passed through at cost with receipts. No commissions hidden in 'special prices', no surge pricing, no tourist tax.

Night coordination (23:00–07:00) adds 50% to coordination fees. Remote areas (Ubud single-purpose urgent runs) are quoted upfront — never sprung on you afterwards.
Subscriptions
Nomad — IDR 1,500,000 / month
For one person living the island. Unlimited restaurant and activity bookings, unlimited standard errands (fair use), visa deadline tracking with document runs included, villa search included, priority 5-minute response. Pays for itself by the second week.
Family — IDR 2,800,000 / month
Everything in Nomad for the whole household: standing grocery and school-run orders, recurring household coordination (cleaners, pool, garden), kid-friendly bookings, and visa tracking for every passport in the family.
VIP — IDR 6,000,000 / month
A dedicated concierge who answers in minutes around the clock: 24/7 personal line, airport fast-track on every arrival, event planning, business support and the requests that do not fit a price table. Limited seats per month.
Which one fits?
Booking more than ~10 tasks a month? Nomad wins. A household with kids? Family. If you have to ask whether you need VIP, you probably know someone who does. Message the chat and we will do the maths honestly — including telling you to stay pay-per-task if that is cheaper.
How Payment Works
One-off tasks are paid on completion — cash, bank transfer or Wise. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, cancel any time with a week's notice. For purchases we agree a budget upfront; receipts always come back in the chat with the delivery photo. Larger items (deposits, visa fees) can be paid by you directly to the provider so money never sits with us longer than it needs to.
