Every bike in our pool passed an inspection this quarter, every partner agreed to fixed damage pricing in advance, and if anything goes wrong you argue through us, in Indonesian, with a partner who values the relationship. Riders also get our crash-protocol card: who to call, what to photograph, when to involve insurance — and for anything medical, our medical support line is in the same chat. Police checks are routine in Canggu and Kuta: you need an international driving permit with a motorcycle category, and yes, they do check. Helmets always — it is the law and the pavement is harder than it looks.
